| Project Mech-HI is about a girl name Kira Ayako Emerson who was once a candidate for secret government project called "Project Mech-HI"(Mecha Human Implant) which was intended to create soldiers that are implanted with mecha parts capable of using natural human energy called "Spira" to allow them to convert the energy into ammo or shields that their Mech-HI unit is capable of creating. After rumors starting brewing within the public the government was forced to "erase" all evidence of this project, but luckily Kira was able to escape the facility with her uncle. Years have passed since escaping the facility and Kira now lives in Cathen city and is currently attending North Cathen High School. Unfortunately an underground organization is looking into reviving Project Mech-HI to create their own army of Mech-HI soldiers to help take control of the world and recreate it as they see fit. Upon Kira finding out about this she and her allies are determine to stop them. Kira is also determined to find out if anyone within the organization might know the whereabouts about her mother and father, but will Kira dig to deep and find more than what she was looking for?
